• ANNEALED with hardness at 229  HB MIN

 Hardening

• Hardening temperature at 1000C-1050C. Hardening substances used: oil and air. Hardness obtained after hardening at 54 HRC
• Tempering temperature at 100C-650C. Hardness obtained after tempering at 42-54 HRC

Applications

Capable for being used in a variety of hot works, for instance,  Hot Extrusion (Metal), hot stamping, hot forging, glass molding, plastic molding, screws and nuts, injecting container for plastic and metal, ejector, and hot work cutters
