Machinery Steel

Carbon steel is the only steel that the strength and ductility of the steel varies according to the percentage of carbon present in the steel. It is therefore suitable for various types of jobs and application. Steel with same or similar carbon content will differ slightly or largely in terms of strength and elongation if different method of hardening and mechanical forming is applied, the differences in strength could be as much as 10kgs per sq m, where else in terms of elongation, the differences could be from 0.1% to 50%.

Wear Resistant Steel Plate

Steel plates which are sold at an already hardened condition with average hardness of 400 HB (around 40 HRC). It possesses very high wear resistant property and can be bend, punch, and weld. It is suitable for use in an industry involving high impact and/or sliding contact such as mining, quarrying, cement plant, metal plant, sugar plant, and other heavy industry. It can also be used as parts for many type of machineries such as crusher, cranes, excavator, backhoe, conveyor belt, and many more. Service life of Wear resistant steel is usually 4-5 times longer than the common structural steels.

Spring Steel

Spring Steels are generally low alloy steel with medium-high carbon content but with a very high yield strength. It comes in various forms such as sheets, wires, and strips and can be purchase in both hardened and non-hardened form. This steel is suitable for works requiring high yield strength and high abrasion resistant such as springs and cutting tools.

High Strength Structural Plate

The steel is highly formable, very ductile, and easy to weld. It is very durable and can be use in a low temperature environment. It is suitable to use as a structural steel for works that requires high ductility, durability, and strength such as bridges, cranes, booms, and chassis to name a few. It can also be use as a part for heavy machinery.
