• Hot Work Steel for a wide range of works
• Good capability for hardening with little squeezing
• Possessing high toughness, capable of resistance against compressive strength and shocks
• Used for forging HAMMER works, cutting molds, hot stamping, and cool works
• Used to produce saddles for high load capacity of compressive strength or shock strength
• Used for easy injection molding

Distribution Formats

•  ANNEALED with hardness at 235 HB

Hardening

• Hardening temperature at 870C-910C. Hardening substances: hot oil. Hardness obtained after hardening at 50 HRC
• Tempering temperature at 400C-650C. Hardness obtained after tempering at 40-48 HRC

Applications

Capable for being used for various works under elevated temperature, such as die casting, hot extrusion (metal), hot forging, forging HAMMER works, cutting molds, saddles for high load capacity of compressive strength or shock strength, and easy injection plastic molding
