Distribution Formats

• QUENCHING AND TEMPERING with hardness at 28-32 HRC          

Hardening

• Hardening Temperature at 830C-860C. Hardening substance used: oil. Hardness obtained after hardening at 55-59 HRC 
          * Annealing is required before hardening

• Tempering temperature at 200C-600C. Hardness obtained after tempering at 32-55 HRC                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Applications

Capable for being used for machinery parts requiring high strength, for example, crankshaft, steering column joint, axles, rods, drill bits used in oil industry, large machinery gears, components of pump requiring high resistance against high pressure, face plates, wrenches, and bench vices, and popularly used for components of rails, machinery shafts, air compressor core of hydraulic jack, screws and nuts used in oil industry, machinery parts requiring strength, and structure components of aircraft
