Hardening

• Hardening temperature at 800C-850C. Hardening Substances used: water/oil. Hardness obtained after hardening at 57 HRC
• Tempering temperature at 100C-300C. Hardness obtained after tempering at 49-57 HRC

Applications

Capable for a range of works including Plastic Molding and Components of Plastic Molding, for example, mold frame, agricultural tools/machine parts including hoes, spades, rakes, machinery mold parts, such as rollers, rolling mills engine parts, for example, crankshafts and joints, and other works requiring cost reduction
