Properties and Applications
• Hot work steel with HEAVY DUTY
• Ductility, toughness, and wear resistance at special high temperature
• Used for Hot Extrusion (Metal), die casting for brass and copper
• Used for hot stamping for long-heavy-duty molds
Distribution Formats
• MICRODIZED ANNEALED
Hardening
• Hardening temperature at 1000C-1050C. Hardening substances used: oil and air. Hardness obtained after hardening : 54 HRC
• Tempering temperature at 100C-650C. Hardness obtained after tempering at 42-54 HRC<
Applications
Capable for being used in hot works, for example Hot Extrusion (Metal), hot stamping, hot forging, glass molding, plastic molding, screws and nuts, injecting container for plastic and metal, ejector, and hot work cutters
