   Properties and Applications

• Aluminium alloy with contents of high volume of zinc
• Possession of strength and suitable for high compressive resisting work
• Mostly found in clear plastic bottle industry or “PET Bottle”
• Used for casting molds in shoes production
• Capable for being used as substitution for S50C and P20 for plastic mold due to being aluminum alloy with highest strength
• Many times higher heat ventilation capacity than steel, which results in continuous production capacity of many times
• Capable for ANODIZE and HARD ANODIZE plating
• Quenching and Tempering with hardness 248-341 HB
• Tempering Temperature at 150C-200C
