Hardening

• Hardening temperature at 1000 C – 1040 C. Hardening substances used: oil and air. Hardness obtained after hardening at 62 HRC
• Tempering temperature at 100C-600C. Hardness obtained after tempering at 50-62 HRC

Applications

Widely used in cool work of molding including Blanking molds, Pressing molds, Bending molds, Drawing molds, Cold Extrusion molds, molds used for Trimming and Coining work, and capable for being used for rolling mills, molds for rolling works, blades for metal and plastic shearing, and molds requiring high corrosion resistance
