Distribution Formats

• Heat treatment (hardening and tempering) at 28-34 HRC

Hardening

• Hardening temperature at 840C-870C. Hardening substances used: water and oil. Hardness obtained after hardening at 52 HRC
• Annealing is required before hardening
• Nitriding temperature at 480C-560C. hardness obtained after hardening at 600 HV
• Tempering temperature at 175C-220C. Hardness obtained after Tempering at 48-52 HRC

Application

Injection or blowing molding for molds for plastic works, especially thermoplastic not causing erosion of molds, Mould Frames for molds used in plastic works, and Die Casting molds having low production, sleeves, and Die Holder for metal hot work (Extrusion)
