•  AS ROLLED CONDITION

Hardening

•  Hardened at temperature of 830C-860C. Hardening substances used: water and oil. Hardness obtained after hardening at 55-60 HRC
•  Tempering temperature at 175C-230C. Hardness obtained after Tempering at 55-58 HRC

Applications

Capable for machinery parts requiring high strength, for example, crankshaft, steering column joint, axle, rod, drill bits used in oil industry, large machinery gear, pump components highly resistant against high pressure, face plates, wrenches, and bench vices, and popularly used for components of rails, machinery shafts, air compressor core of hydraulic jack, air compressor core of hydraulic jack, screws and nuts used in oil industry, machinery parts requiring strength
