• ANNEALED

Hardening

• Hardening Temperature at 830C-860C. Hardening substance used oil. Hardness obtained after hardening at 55-59 HRC

        * Annealing is required before hardening

• Tempering temperature at 200C-600C. Hardness obtained after tempering at 32-55 HRC

Application

Capable for machinery parts requiring high strength, such as crankshaft,  steering column joint, axles, rods, drill bits used in oil industry, large machinery gears, components of pump resistant against high pressure, face plates, wrenches, and bench vices, and popularly used for components of rails, machinery shafts, air compressor core of hydraulic jack, screws and nuts used in oil industry, machinery parts requiring strength, and structure components of aircraft
